Raw Honey
     As Nature Intended...

Raw Honey?

Raw honey is honey that is never processed, heated or filtered. It is taken directly from the hive and either eaten or bottled for later consumption.

Flavor

If you have never tasted raw honey, it is difficult to explain the flavor. Raw honey is nothing like the processed or pasturized store bought varieties of honey. There is really no comparison.

Health Benefits

There are so many opinions on the health benefits of raw honey. Some of these claims have been in fact supported through research, others have not. It is interesting to point out that many of the benefit claims passed down through the generations are being validated by modern science and research. While you may find disagreement on the exact benefits of raw honey, I don't think you will find anyone who disagrees with the fact that raw honey is a healthy and beneficial food item.

Whether raw honey will cure your cough, ease your allergies, give you an energy boost or cure some other ailment you have is between you and your doctor.

The fact that the bee produces an abundance of honey (more than the hive needs) is also strong evidence that raw honey was intended to be consumed and enjoyed by mankind.
